Blake is a Vice President at MBP, where he is responsible for debt and equity placements, with a focus on client management, capital advisory, and deal origination. He works closely with investors, developers, and financial institutions to structure tailored financing solutions that align with his clients’ strategic objectives.

Prior to MBP, Blake was a Senior Associate at CBRE’s Capital Markets Debt and Structured Finance group, where he specialized in originating, structuring, and executing complex debt placements across various asset classes. Blake also headed CBRE’s National SBA Program, developing strategies to expand the firm’s small business lending platform, executing all internal SBA financing needs, and enhancing access to capital for growing enterprises as it relates to real estate.

Prior to CBRE, Blake was a Commercial Loan Officer at Silvergate Bank, where he focused on originating and facilitating financing for property acquisition, asset repositioning, and asset exit strategies all over the West Coast, along with fostering long-term client deposit relationships.

His deep understanding of capital markets, combined with hands-on experience in banking and structured finance, has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for a diverse range of clients.

A native of Los Angeles, Blake earned his degree from the University of San Diego.
