The borrower pledged full recourse in exchange for quick close financing and certainty of execution. The borrower is a seasoned restauranteur, business investor, and real estate investor, who is highly successful in the industry, and purchased the owner-occupied building. Our lender was able to give certainty of execution during a time of uncertainty and volatility.
